While you were job searching at all of those lovely places, I have been observing my sister's soccer game, eating pizza, cleaning my room, and volunteering at the library.
1. Soccer game: Not very interesting in the beginning. I started reading the Oprah magazine I found in my mother's car about achieving your dreams (but I couldn't find that article...the magazine was about 200 pages), but then I was yelled at by my mother for not participating in their cheers. My mother is very loud, by the way. My grandmother patted my arm in what I thought was comfort, but then she said, "You read a lot, don't ya?" I nodded in confusion, and she said in an accusing manner, "Have you ever thought about reading the Bible? The New Testament is very interesting."
Stunned silence. Then, "uh-huh."
The game was tied.
2.Eating pizza: I ate two pieces of leftover Papa John's. One was for breakfast and the other was for lunch. I also consumed a large amount of Halloween candy before being lectured by my mother.
I have to go finish cleaning my room. I will tell you about my volunteer promotion some other time (*gasp* I know! promotion!).
